📑    What the job involves

• Work directly with the CEO, CTO, and engineers to balance user value with technical feasibility. • Be the leading voice advocating for design excellence and best practices within the company. • Collaborate with co-development partners and customers to create engaging and functional user experiences. • Enhance and scale Ameba’s visual design and design system to align with an upcoming brand overhaul. • Prototype features to validate them through user testing and iteration. • Contribute to strategic product direction and high-level decision-making for the roadmap.
