Founding Product Designer at QDEX, responsible for driving best-in-class UX and design while shaping the product from the ground up.
• You thrive in cross-functional teams and enjoy working collaboratively with product and engineering stakeholders. • You prioritize user needs, ensuring your designs create valuable and measurable outcomes. • You are comfortable experimenting, iterating, and refining solutions based on user feedback and data. • You embrace ambiguity and tackle challenges with creativity and confidence. • You have at least 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Work closely with product and engineering to explore solutions that address customer needs while ensuring technical feasibility. • Engage directly with users through interviews, usability tests, and workshops to support discovery efforts. • Simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences through well-structured design and interaction models. • Create transparent, trust-driven algorithmic recommendations for users. • Develop and iterate prototypes rapidly based on user feedback and usability testing. • Establish and refine a scalable design system that ensures consistency across the platform. • Build foundational design practices, including component libraries and collaborative workflows. • Participate in strategic product discussions, advocating for a user-centered design approach.
