• You have experience in product design, preferably within an EdTech or SaaS organization. • You are passionate about user experience and take a user-centered approach to solving problems. • You possess strong research skills and can effectively translate insights into actionable design improvements. • You are proficient in Figma or similar software, creating prototypes and design systems that enhance usability. • You have a solid understanding of inclusive design and web accessibility best practices.
• Work closely with internal and external customers to understand their needs through research and analysis. • Own the design process for features, including research, sketching, prototyping, and implementation. • Identify areas within the product for improvement and communicate recommendations with data-driven insights. • Develop and test creative solutions across multiple devices to enhance the user experience. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality implementation of designs. • Contribute to a strong product and user-centered culture within Kinetic. • Effectively communicate and present design concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
