Provenir is looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join its growing product team in the UK. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and intuitive user experiences for digital products. The position demands creative problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of UX/UI principles, and a strong passion for designing user-centric experiences. • You have at least 3 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design. • You have a strong portfolio that showcases user-centered design projects and problem-solving skills. • You are proficient in industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma. • You have experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions. • You are familiar with accessibility best practices, including WCAG standards, and inclusive design principles. • You have strong communication and collaboration skills and thrive in cross-functional teams. • You are passionate about keeping up with UX trends and continuously improving design methodologies.
• Design and iterate on user experiences, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital products. • Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure informed and validated design decisions. • Work closely with product managers and engineers to balance business goals and user needs. • Develop prototypes and interactive mockups to illustrate and refine user journeys. • Contribute to and maintain the company’s design system to ensure UI consistency across products. • Present design concepts and insights to stakeholders, advocating for UX best practices. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, UX methodologies, and emerging design tools.
