• Championing exceptional user experience solutions across Cint’s suite of products. • Conducting user testing and research to discover unmet needs and drive product innovation. • Ideating and collaborating on strategic design solutions with other team members and stakeholders. • Creating key design artifacts such as personas, workflows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and specifications. • Translating complex systems into simple, effective UI designs through storytelling and prototyping. • Documenting and presenting design insights and proposals for broader product teams and leadership. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, researchers, writers, product managers, and engineers. • Partnering with engineers to implement user-centered design solutions effectively.
