As a Product Designer at Seqera, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will craft polished UI designs, create engaging user flows, and contribute to product strategy through a deep understanding of user needs. This role requires a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and strong collaboration skills.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. • You have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role. • Your portfolio demonstrates a strong ability to create polished, user-centric designs. • You have experience designing complex technical products with an intuitive UI. • You communicate effectively and can collaborate across multiple teams. • You are proficient in prototyping tools such as Figma, Origami, or code-based solutions. • You excel in problem-solving and possess intellectual curiosity to explore new solutions.
• Craft visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product vision and strategy. • Design and refine feature areas with a focus on quality and consistency. • Develop and iterate on high-fidelity prototypes and user flows. • Ensure seamless interaction between UI elements and user behavior. • Contribute to the strategic direction of our products through deep user empathy. • Successfully ship high-quality product improvements in a fast-paced environment.
