As a Product Designer (UX/UI) at Yoto, you will be responsible for creating seamless and user-centric experiences across the company's digital platforms. • A seasoned Product Designer with 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 2 years working on e-commerce products. • Proficient in Figma with strong visual design skills and familiarity with maintaining design systems. • Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals. • Experienced in user research, testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions. • Knowledgeable about interaction design principles, e-commerce best practices, and business metrics. • Ideally, experience working in Shopify environments (nice to have but not required).
• Craft seamless, user-centric experiences on Yoto’s websites to drive acquisition, conversion, and engagement. • Conduct customer research, interviews, testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions. • Utilize continuous discovery to ensure designs remain aligned with evolving customer needs and business goals. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across different departments. • Maintain and improve Yoto’s design system for a consistent and high-quality user experience. • Present design concepts, testing outcomes, and insights to stakeholders while advocating for the customer.
