• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field. • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric product solutions and the design process. • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Strong collaboration and communication skills with experience in agile teams. • Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative user research methods. • Comfort working iteratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Bonus: Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance collaboration with engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Management to design user-centered solutions that align with business objectives. • Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and customer sessions to validate design decisions. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback and insights. • Balance UX and visual design principles to create modern, intuitive interfaces. • Provide design specifications, interactive prototypes, and style guides for engineering handoff. • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability. • Use qualitative and quantitative data to continuously optimize user flows and interfaces.
