Landytech seeks a Product Designer (Mid-Level, Research Focus) to shape new SaaS investment products. This position emphasizes product discovery and user research to ensure the platform meets genuine user needs. The role involves working closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define problems, test potential solutions, and deliver intuitive user experiences.
• You have strong user research skills and confidence in product discovery techniques. • You can define user experiences from discovery through to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams. • You enjoy taking broad, conceptual ideas and shaping them into well-defined, validated product experiences. • You have experience conducting and analyzing user interviews, usability testing, and data-driven research. • You possess the ability to develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes. • You contribute to and expand design system libraries.
