Senior Designer within the Personalised Content team at DEPT®.
• You have 3-5 years of digital design experience, preferably within an agency setting. • You are comfortable covering brand, direct, and above-the-line creative work and have experience in pitching your ideas to clients. • You possess strong visual and technical design skills including layout, typesetting, retouching, and proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Suite. • You are a collaborative team player who values supporting others and continuously learning. • You are meticulously organized with a strong attention to detail, resilient under pressure, and eager to embrace new challenges and skill development opportunities.
• Overseeing and mentoring Junior and Midweight Designers to cultivate growth and skill development. • Providing clear, constructive feedback to team members on design work. • Working on project briefs from ideation through final delivery, ensuring work aligns with client business goals. • Designing responsive emails, landing pages, and paid social media ads. • Creating and maintaining onsite marketing templates and storyboards for visual campaigns. • Searching for images and managing asset artworking for newsletter and ad content. • Researching trends and competitor strategies to inform and innovate design solutions. • Ensuring design quality control and brand consistency across all deliverables. • Driving team performance through capability awareness and goal coaching. • Participating in creative reviews and advocating for the DEPT® brand across internal and external forums.
