📑    What the job involves

• Contribute to product design, overseeing UX, UI, content design, and user experience from discovery through development. • Enhance and expand the design system while ensuring accessibility best practices. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align on design solutions that consider underlying system constraints. • Develop scalable design solutions for global audiences, ensuring adaptability across different markets. • Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to inform design decisions. • Lead and facilitate ideation workshops that encourage collaboration across different teams. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows and effectively communicate ideas through storytelling. • Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, testing, and data-driven insights. • Maintain high proficiency in design tools, such as Figma, to create detailed UI designs. • Contribute to team culture by mentoring peers, giving design feedback, and coaching teammates. • Improve squad processes to increase efficiency and support a high-quality design output. • Foster an inclusive and collaborative team ethos within the squad.
