👤    Who you are

• You have over 5 years of experience in product design, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment. • You possess a strong portfolio that showcases expertise in user-centered design principles and processes. • You are proficient in using Figma for design and prototyping. • You excel in communication and collaboration, effectively presenting and defending design decisions. • You have strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • You are knowledgeable about accessibility standards and best practices. • You have experience with user research methodologies and tools. • You are fluent in spoken and written English, with French language skills being a bonus but not mandatory.

📑    What the job involves

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. • Develop user personas, journey maps, and experience maps to visualize user interactions. • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and iterate designs. • Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and developers to ensure designs meet business objectives. • Maintain and contribute to the design system for consistent and scalable design language. • Manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced agile environment. • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the design process.
