The Product Designer at Aumni will play a critical role in designing intuitive product solutions that meet customer needs. This individual will be actively involved in user research, design iteration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance our Company's KPI product. The ideal candidate is passionate about UX design and can efficiently translate user insights into high-quality, impactful product solutions.

👤    Who you are

• An experienced product designer with 3+ years of UX design experience, specifically in web applications. • A highly skilled professional proficient in Figma, design systems, and best practices. • Someone with strong communication skills, able to articulate user insights and design rationale clearly. • Knowledgeable in user research methodologies, including both quantitative and qualitative techniques. • Adaptable and iterative in your approach to design, always focusing on continuous learning and improvement. • Ideally experienced in fintech, venture capital, or financial data visualization.

📑    What the job involves

• Convey and articulate discovery insights and design decisions to Product Designers and cross-functional teams. • Collaborate with product managers to gather, analyze, interpret, and document customer behavior and sentiment. • Develop and continuously test hypotheses and solutions using both quantitative and qualitative methods. • Create high-quality, visually appealing designs that align with Aumni’s design system and brand identity. • Implement an iterative design approach to deliver value while generating learning opportunities. • Design and implement user experiences that drive measurable customer and business impact. • Provide constructive feedback to other designers during formal and informal design critique sessions.
