The Designer role at Langland involves creating original, high-quality designs across digital, print, and social media platforms. Designers will contribute to brand identity development, event materials, and other creative projects aimed at making an impact within the healthcare industry. They will play a key role in all stages of the creative process, from brainstorming and conceptualization to execution and presentation, ensuring that each project aligns with Langland's high standards for innovation and excellence.
• You have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. • You are proficient in Figma and familiar with digital and interaction design principles. • You possess experience in creating pitch documents, usability design, and brand identity development. • You bring creative problem-solving skills and a strong eye for detail to every project. • You have additional experience in 3D design or coding (such as HTML or Google Web Designer), which is considered a plus.
• Develop creative solutions for client briefs and contribute conceptually to projects. • Execute high-quality designs for digital, print, and social media campaigns while ensuring consistency and brand adherence. • Collaborate with internal teams to refine concepts, present creative solutions, and deliver final executions. • Build strong client relationships and ensure projects align with agency processes. • Participate in strategic planning, contribute to briefs, and adapt to changing market dynamics. • Provide support to team managers while proactively seeking feedback and growth opportunities.
