We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our innovative team at Constructor. This role involves collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to refine the product discovery experience for millions of users and develop powerful tools that drive meaningful business outcomes. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, data-driven decision-making, and creating industry-leading experiences within a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
• You have a strong ability to balance user needs and business objectives, ensuring seamless and intuitive product experiences. • You possess experience designing analytics solutions, technical products, or working in highly quantitative fields. • You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, successfully delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. • You enjoy solving complex UX challenges by developing precise, creative, and thoughtful design solutions. • You are an excellent collaborator who enjoys working with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. • You have experience designing for B2B SaaS products or complex web platforms, with 4-6 years of professional experience in UX and product design. • Your skill set includes switching between multiple projects and maintaining a balance between strategic thinking and attention to detail.
• Design end-to-end user experiences, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, ensuring a seamless experience across all products. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to gather requirements and brainstorm innovative solutions. • Guide the design process from conception through implementation, ensuring design intent is clearly communicated and successfully executed. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive informed design decisions, improving product performance and user satisfaction. • Maintain and evolve design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across Constructor’s product suite. • Stay updated on industry trends, experimenting with new tools and methodologies to push the boundaries of great design.
