• A skilled Product Designer with at least 3 years of experience, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment. • Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel. • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design frameworks. • Strong advocate for user research and usability testing to craft data-driven design solutions. • A collaborative and agile team player with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating elegant, simple design experiences.
• Conduct user research, gather insights, and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring high-quality execution of design initiatives. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and align designs with business goals. • Test designs through usability testing and iterate based on customer feedback to refine the user experience. • Maintain and contribute to Kriya’s design system to ensure consistent branding and scalability across products. • Uphold brand identity and messaging across all design implementations.
