• You have 10+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms. • You possess a strong portfolio that showcases product thinking, interaction design, and business impact. • You can independently drive end-to-end design processes, from research to high-fidelity execution. • You are passionate about complex user journeys and advocate for design consistency, accessibility, and inclusivity. • You have experience driving strategy and defining roadmaps alongside cross-functional peers. • You are proficient in Figma and other design tools, with bonus skills in Protopie and After Effects. • You have experience mentoring junior designers to develop their skills and understanding. • Prior experience in healthcare design is a plus but not mandatory.
• Advocate for users by ensuring their needs are prioritized in every design decision. • Lead design for complex projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive user and business impact. • Partner with researchers to conduct usability testing and data-driven design improvements. • Translate early design concepts into high-fidelity prototypes and mockups for implementation. • Develop and refine the product roadmap alongside cross-functional teams. • Facilitate design discovery activities, ideation workshops, and sprints. • Guide and mentor designers within the team to foster professional growth. • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing insights with the team. • Contribute to improving Flo’s Design System and accessibility best practices.
