• You have 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in product design with a track record of successful execution and delivery. • You possess strong UI/UX design skills, including typography, grid systems, and cross-platform UI development. • You have a proven ability to optimize onboarding funnels and create user onboarding experiences in regulated or complex product environments like finance or healthcare. • You can turn business and customer needs into actionable, elegant design solutions and communicate your ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • You’re comfortable working in an Agile, collaborative setting and enjoy working cross-functionally with product owners, developers, and fellow designers. • You have proficiency in prototyping tools, can build interactive design prototypes, and ideally have animation experience. • You are a strong communicator and storyteller who thrives in presenting ideas and justifying design decisions. • You stay up to date with modern design patterns and trends and apply attention to detail throughout the design process.
