📑    What the job involves

• Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences. • Translate findings into clear design recommendations that enhance end-to-end user journeys. • Collaborate closely with embedded teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to implement innovations. • Partner with external technology provider NewDay Tech to optimize conversion journeys. • Work with customer journey managers to envision long-term product experiences beyond initial touchpoints. • Monitor competitor solutions and emerging design standards to keep products competitive. • Use customer and performance data to iterate on design improvements and validate assumptions. • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to align design initiatives with broader business goals.
