📑    What the job involves

• Lead design strategy and execution for Codat’s spend insights capabilities. • Deliver compelling storytelling that communicates pain points and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders. • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to develop and refine product flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. • Design and launch high-quality product features and improvements aligned with business priorities. • Conduct deep user research, including ethnographic studies, to inform product direction and usability. • Take charge of the UX/UI process end-to-end, ensuring user needs and business objectives are met throughout the product lifecycle.
