The Creative Designer position at Lick is a versatile in-house role involving both digital and print design, supporting the brand, growth, and commercial marketing efforts. You’ll contribute to a variety of creative campaigns that span social media, print collateral, packaging, and brand activations. Reporting into the Lead Designer, this role requires a hands-on contributor who is as comfortable conceptualizing ideas as they are executing them across multiple formats. • You have 4+ years of design experience within creative studios or in-house environments. • You are highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. • You’re a passionate creative who enjoys executing across various formats—be it social videos, layout design, photo editing, or color grading. • You have an in-depth understanding of digital marketing, including email campaigns, A/B testing, paid social, and performance-driven visuals. • You’ve worked extensively with social-first creative assets and are enthusiastic about creating for different platforms. • You bring experience in packaging and print design, especially with an eye for sustainability. • You’re an excellent communicator and a collaborative team player with a ‘can-do’ mindset. • You excel in project management and perform well under time pressure with an obsession for detail.
