• You have over 6 years of experience in product-centric UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work. • You excel at solving complex design challenges and have a strategic mindset for shaping digital product experiences. • You are proficient in user research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, ensuring informed decision-making. • You have deep experience with Figma, design systems, and front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS. • You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
• Lead the product design initiatives for Ceros' flagship product, balancing near-term improvements and long-term strategic objectives. • Drive high-quality UX and visual design execution, ensuring a premium digital experience for users. • Work hands-on with designers, delivering implementation-ready assets, design flows, and documentation. • Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to assess feasibility and ensure accurate execution of designs. • Conduct research, usability testing, and data-driven evaluations to validate and refine design decisions. • Present and advocate for design concepts and strategies to senior leadership, securing buy-in for key initiatives. • Ensure consistency in design patterns and systems across the Ceros product ecosystem. • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and emerging UX/UI best practices.
