• Design and ship high-impact product features that enhance user experience and visual appeal. • Own and drive design initiatives from ideation to execution, working closely with product and engineering teams. • Strengthen and contribute to Mixmax’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability. • Define and influence the long-term design vision, bringing strategic input to product evolution. • Mentor and support fellow designers to foster a culture of creative excellence. • Continuously refine design execution, pushing for higher quality and innovation standards. • Actively engage with leadership to optimize design processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
