• A visionary and pragmatic Lead UX/UI Designer with experience delivering successful services for both private and public sector clients. • Strong background in consulting with experience handling client-facing roles and leading proposals. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing key stakeholders and mentoring teams. • Deep expertise in service design, UX/UI, prototyping, design strategy, and human-centered design principles. • Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Lead complex design projects from strategy to execution, structuring workstreams and managing risks. • Produce high-quality design deliverables across various digital products and services. • Build, inspire, and mentor high-performing design teams while fostering a culture of innovation. • Strengthen client relationships, guiding them through design decisions and service outcomes. • Contribute to business development by crafting new client offerings and refining existing ones.
