Extreme Reach (XR) is looking for an Information Designer to join the XRIQ Product Team. This role is integral in shaping how creative intelligence is presented and consumed by clients. The Information Designer will work with product managers, engineers, and data teams to develop intuitive and impactful ways to communicate complex advertising insights. The job involves designing dashboards, reports, and interactive visuals to deliver data-driven conclusions transparently and effectively. This position plays a critical role in helping advertisers make smarter creative decisions.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in information design, data visualization, or UX design with a focus on data display. • You hold a bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX/UI design, visual communication, information science, or a related field. • You have proficiency in BI tools like Looker or Power BI, and ideally possess basic SQL skills. • You are experienced with Figma, Adobe, or equivalent design tools for creating visual information structures. • You excel in user-centered design thinking and possess strong UX research skills for shaping data-rich experiences. • You have excellent storytelling, communication, and collaboration abilities, enabling you to translate data into compelling narratives. • You are detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. • Familiarity with advertising metrics or creative analytics is a plus. • Knowledge of interactive visualization tools like D3.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS is advantageous but not required.
