Landytech is hiring a Product Designer to join their Product Design Team, specifically working within the Product Data Team. The role involves collaborating with Product Managers and Developers to build an innovative and user-friendly experience for their platform.
• You have 6+ years of Product Design experience, ideally within B2B data analytics products. • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. • You possess a deep understanding of user research methods, UX/UI best practices, and design systems for various platforms and devices. • You have extensive experience in interaction design, user research, information architecture, prototyping, and user testing. • You are proficient with design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision. • You have a strong grasp of typography, font pairings, visual hierarchy, and design aesthetics. • You have familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React component libraries. • You understand financial markets and terminology, and have experience working with complex data applications. • You have experience designing self-service enterprise tools where users can upload and manage their data.
• Collaborate on product development from concept to launch, transforming broad ideas into valuable client solutions. • Craft end-to-end user experiences for the platform while adhering to established design systems and standards. • Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to refine and enhance user experience. • Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to drive product design decisions. • Assist in use-case development based on business requirements to ensure real-world applicability. • Facilitate the design process by presenting ideas, leading discussions, and refining prototypes. • Conduct failure analysis and solution validation to optimize product design and usability.
