📑    What the job involves

• Translate business and user needs into intuitive, engaging digital experiences. • Facilitate workshops to answer critical business questions through design thinking and rapid prototyping. • Conduct project discovery, including stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, and analytics assessments. • Manage project delivery including roadmap creation and mentoring junior designers. • Develop design artifacts like journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and UI prototypes. • Ensure visual and branding consistency across deliverables. • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. • Conduct usability testing to refine product experiences. • Build and maintain enterprise-level UI design systems for reusable components. • Support QA teams in validating that product features align with design intentions.
