As a Designer at NTT DATA UK & Ireland, you will focus on enhancing clients' products and services by developing user-centered design solutions. You will engage in user research, conceptualize innovative design ideas, and create prototypes to enhance user experience. Your work will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from concept to deployment.

👤    Who you are

• You have a deep curiosity about user behavior, motivations, and environments, placing them at the center of every design decision. • Experience in UX roles within complex system design, either in client-side roles or agency environments. • Strong ability to lead and conduct user research, user interviews, and persona development. • Comfortable facilitating and leading workshops with senior stakeholders to gather insights and align design goals. • Adept at creating sketches and wireframes to explore and communicate ideas effectively.

📑    What the job involves

• Conduct user interviews and develop user personas to inform design decisions. • Capture requirements and translate them into wireframes and visual designs with a focus on client experiences. • Design user interfaces and UI elements optimized for workflow efficiency. • Document UX standards and create design guidelines to maintain consistency. • Collaborate closely with the UI development team to ensure successful UX implementation. • Lead and participate in collaborative sketching workshops with internal teams and clients.
