• You have strong experience within the beauty, skincare, health, or wellness industries, which is highly preferable. • You possess exceptional animation and video-editing skills, essential for this role. • You are highly proficient in the Adobe suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierePro, and After Effects. • You demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. • You display high creativity and an open-minded, iterative approach to design innovation. • You are a collaborative team player who works well across functions including Copy, Growth, and NPD. • You have broad experience designing various digital marketing campaigns in the beauty space. • You are either experienced or eager to learn CRM software like Klaviyo to build engaging email creatives.
• Be a champion and guardian of the Skin + Me visual brand identity, ensuring all output is of consistent high quality. • Design captivating creative assets for organic social channels to increase community engagement. • Conceptualize and execute animations and short videos tailored for paid marketing platforms including Instagram, Facebook, PR materials, and OOH. • Collaborate closely with the broader Brand & Creative team to brainstorm and deliver innovative ideas. • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and creative techniques to maintain cutting-edge output.
