👤    Who you are

• You have at least seven years of experience designing Enterprise or B2B SaaS products. • You possess demonstrable knowledge of enterprise document collaboration tools, processes, and paradigms. • You thrive in ambiguity and can drive towards clear problem statements and measurable success with cross-functional teams. • You have experience working within a platform framework and ensuring a consistent end-user experience. • You are familiar with design systems such as Microsoft Fluent UI and have contributed to their implementation and evolution. • You excel at presenting design decisions to stakeholders, from peers to executives. • You have experience or a strong curiosity about integrating AI appropriately into design workflows.

📑    What the job involves

• Lead and manage key product areas within the UX Design team, ensuring cohesive product experiences. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders to define and deliver compelling products. • Champion a human-centered design approach, ensuring decisions are driven by deep user empathy and rigorous research insights. • Present design solutions to partners and executives, advocating for user experience decisions while incorporating feedback. • Partner with UX Research and Design System teams to ensure cohesive and scalable design implementations. • Work closely with engineering, product management, and other teams to oversee the product development lifecycle and maintain high usability standards.
