We are seeking a Midweight Product Designer to join the Atolls Product Design Team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in digital product design, preferably in a SaaS environment, and a strong understanding of user-focused problem-solving. In this position, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to develop intuitive, scalable, and impactful design solutions. You will help enhance Atolls' digital experiences by designing seamless user journeys, improving usability, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms. Reporting to the Head of Design for the domain, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Atolls’ product experience.
• You have 5+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably within a SaaS environment. • You possess a strong portfolio that demonstrates design craftsmanship, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail. • You have experience designing for web and native applications, balancing aesthetics and functionality effectively. • You are proficient in using Figma, design systems, and design tokens to create consistent and functional user experiences. • You have a passion for user-centric design, with a keen ability to interpret customer journeys, user profiles, and stakeholder needs. • You stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your designs. • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors and translate them into actionable design solutions. • Design seamless user interfaces, intuitive experiences, and engaging interactions to enhance product usability. • Validate and refine design proposals using user feedback, usability testing, and analytics to ensure continuous improvements. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to align design initiatives with business goals while keeping user needs as the top priority. • Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure brand consistency and scalable product development. • Manage workload effectively to ensure high execution standards, from conceptual wireframes to pixel-perfect UI designs.
