The Product Designer (12-month maternity leave cover) will play a pivotal role in Vogue's digital strategy by translating user needs into engaging and intuitive experiences. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Design, this designer will contribute to the end-to-end design process, from user research and interaction design to visual execution. They will work independently on smaller initiatives while collaborating with larger teams on core designs that enhance editorial excellence and drive user engagement.

• Experienced in handling complex UX and UI projects with a strong design background. • Familiar with design systems and scalable solutions that maintain visual and functional consistency. • Capable of integrating feedback from multiple stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering. • Self-motivated and able to execute tasks in a fast-paced digital environment with shifting requirements. • Passionate about fashion and digital storytelling, with an appreciation for user engagement in these areas.

• Develop and execute creative design solutions that align with Vogue’s visual and user experience principles. • Maintain high design standards while ensuring feasibility and technical innovation. • Work effectively with global design systems to create scalable, user-friendly designs. • Create documentation, guidelines, and best practices to ensure design consistency. • Build prototypes that inform research and testing to refine digital experiences. • Communicate effectively with users through strategic placement of elements and messaging hierarchy. • Maintain attention to detail throughout the design process, ensuring quality from concept to production. • Participate in planning, time estimation, and issue resolution to maintain project timelines. • Partner with other product designers, content designers, and researchers to integrate feedback and enhance designs. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present concepts clearly, both verbally and in written form.
