As a Senior Web Designer at Pipedrive's London office, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centered web experiences. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, including marketers, engineers, and fellow designers, to ensure the brand's digital presence stands out. Your expertise will drive seamless UX solutions across various online touchpoints to enhance the customer journey.
• You have 5+ years of experience in web or product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills. • You possess expertise in user research, testing, data-driven decision-making, and design thinking. • You have an in-depth understanding of web strategies, development processes, and project management practices. • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to lead discussions, provide clear feedback, and present ideas persuasively. • You are proficient in industry-standard design tools like Figma and Adobe Suite and have experience working with CMS platforms. • You are fluent in English and have a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
• Deliver effective design solutions for public website flows, community pages, knowledge bases, and blogs. • Research, conceptualize, and experiment with innovative website concepts to drive engagement and improve customer journeys. • Define and pitch design requirements to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner. • Develop and refine UX strategies using data-driven insights and feedback from customers and stakeholders. • Create user flows and sitemaps ensuring seamless website navigation. • Ensure brand consistency and UI/UX best practices across the customer journey. • Collaborate with designers to enhance the design system and mentor junior team members. • Work alongside developers, marketers, and stakeholders to implement high-quality design solutions. • Advocate for user needs and continuously improve website quality. • Actively engage in the design community, contribute to knowledge sharing, and promote collaboration.
