The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, high-performance user experiences for Addepar’s data management products and internal operations tools. This role requires a deep understanding of systematic design, information architecture, and workflow optimization to refine and develop features that will enhance Addepar’s product offerings. The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with user needs and business priorities.
• Extensive experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design. • A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design expertise and craftsmanship. • Proven experience designing web-based enterprise applications. • Ability to distill complicated use cases into streamlined, sophisticated design solutions. • Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable in fast-paced environments. • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of consistency in UI/UX. • Proficiency with Figma as a primary design tool. • Experience in the finance industry is a plus but not required.
