• You take a user-centric approach to design, prioritizing deep understanding of customer needs and challenges. • You have extensive experience designing UX for SaaS platforms or product-driven businesses, preferably within fintech or banking. • You thrive in a B2B product environment and understand the nuances of designing for business users. • You have an eye for exceptional visual and interaction design, paying close attention to UI details. • You are comfortable working independently, from concept exploration to execution, creating simple solutions for complex problems. • You have experience handling cross-functional and complex projects that require overlapping stakeholder engagement. • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for innovative solutions, and experience leading 0-to-1 design projects.

📑    What the job involves

• Lead Codat’s overall design strategy for spend insights. • Develop and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities, ensuring alignment across teams. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to design, prototype, and iterate on user flows and interactions. • Design and ship high-quality product improvements that align with business strategy and user needs. • Conduct user research, including ethnographic studies, to gain deep insights into user behavior and pain points. • Lead UX/UI decisions from ideation through execution, ensuring intuitive, visually compelling interfaces. • Advocate for user needs, balancing business goals and technical feasibility while designing optimal experiences.
