Java Engineer within Gemba Advantage’s agile delivery team, working with public sector organizations in the UK to develop secure and scalable software solutions.
• You have experience working as a Java Engineer, particularly with Spring Boot. • You possess an active or recently active SC security clearance and are open to obtaining DV clearance. • You have a strong understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration. • You are adaptable and enjoy working closely with agile teams and customers to deliver impactful software. • You have additional experience with technologies such as Elastic/OpenSearch, Helm, React, AWS, or Go (preferred but not required).
• Develop components of complex systems using Java and Spring Boot. • Work as part of an agile delivery team to build software solutions for customers in the public sector. • Ensure that the software developed is secure, scalable, and efficient. • Utilize Kubernetes for container management and deployment. • Maintain best coding practices to develop reliable, high-performance applications.
