• Develops and enhances software solutions to support the Mansart business, ensuring security, stability, and scalability. • Writes high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by peers. • Identifies areas for automation and reduction of recurring technical issues to drive operational efficiency. • Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering, promoting innovation and emerging technologies. • Owns and delivers specific technical projects aligned with the global business strategy. • Works closely with portfolio managers, structurers, operations, and technology teams to scale the Mansart Fund Management business. • Utilizes Python, TypeScript (React), C#, and SQL to develop critical components for the platform.
