Citi is seeking a Senior Software Supply Chain Security Engineer to play a crucial role in securing software development processes across the organization. This position requires expertise in engineering principles, cloud infrastructure, and secure software development practices.
• You are a senior software engineer with extensive experience in modern software development and security practices. • You have a strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (EKS and OpenShift), Terraform, Helm, and ideally GCP. • You are familiar with DevSecOps disciplines and have experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity, Jenkins, Tekton, and Spinnaker. • You excel in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, influencing strategy, and delivering secure technology solutions. • You embrace new technologies and enjoy pushing the boundaries of what is possible in software security.
• Design and develop solutions to secure the software supply chain, ensuring scalable and secure deployments using AWS/cloud-centric approaches. • Collaborate closely with the AWS engineering team to integrate security best practices into software delivery. • Advocate for modern software development practices, incorporating privacy, security-first principles, DevSecOps, and SRE methodologies. • Support development teams in navigating complex security and risk requirements, providing architectural solutions that are resilient and scalable. • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in software supply chain security, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
