The Customer Engineer will serve as a primary technical advisor, supporting sales teams and Public Sector customers by resolving technical barriers, providing enterprise cloud solutions, and guiding infrastructure modernization efforts.

👤    Who you are

• You hold a Bachelor's degree or have equivalent practical experience. • You have at least 6 years of experience in cloud-native architecture, cloud infrastructure engineering, or virtualization. • You are confident in engaging with both technical stakeholders and executive leadership. • You have experience in networking, security, and migrating applications to cloud environments. • You possess knowledge related to Public Sector requirements and operations.

📑    What the job involves

• Work with internal teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, addressing key technical challenges. • Act as a technical advisor, providing insights on enterprise infrastructure modernization and assisting with product and solution demonstrations. • Develop and prototype integrations to support customer and partner environments. • Conduct assessments of legacy systems and recommend modernization roadmaps. • Guide clients in adopting cloud integration strategies, infrastructure designs, and application solutions.
