The DevOps Engineer will collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, build, and manage client-facing services. This includes enhancing CI/CD pipelines, implementing infrastructure as code, and maintaining observability platforms. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting infrastructure and networking issues while ensuring system stability and security through proactive monitoring. The successful candidate will play a key role in championing DevOps best practices and promoting knowledge transfer among teams. Participation in on-call rotations for incident response and system uptime is also a key aspect of this role.
• You have solid experience in DevOps and an interest in Site Reliability Engineering. • You have experience in building and running 24x7 services in Microsoft Azure. • You possess strong scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills, including PowerShell, Terraform, ARM, Pulumi, and Bicep. • You have expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including networking, storage, integration, compute, and analytics. • You are knowledgeable in cloud observability concepts, including logging, tracing, metrics, monitoring, and alerting. • You have experience working with Windows & Linux containers and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes. • You are an excellent communicator and can effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders. • You are confident in making decisions and taking ownership of projects.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, build, and manage client-facing services. • Champion and implement best practices for reliable, performant, and observable SaaS products. • Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines focusing on high deployment frequency and cost-effectiveness. • Implement infrastructure as code using Pulumi. • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and networking-related issues. • Maintain and configure observability platforms such as Datadog. • Monitor production and other environments proactively to ensure system stability, availability, security, and integrity. • Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to mitigate and prevent future issues. • Work closely with teams to upskill and promote knowledge transfer through training materials and documentation. • Participate in an on-call rotation to support teams and ensure system uptime.
