• You have substantial experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a similar role such as DevOps. • You possess a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, particularly in Azure. • You are skilled in observability platforms such as Datadog. • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders. • You are adept in automation, scripting (Python or PowerShell), and infrastructure management. • You have experience with conducting post-mortems or post-incident reviews. • You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about delivering great services. • Certifications in Azure, knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools, and familiarity with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes) are highly desirable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain reliability, availability, and performance of client-facing services. • Configure and maintain observability platforms like Datadog. • Proactively monitor production and other environments to ensure stability, security, and system integrity. • Design and implement automation to improve team efficiency and operational effectiveness. • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. • Lead incident response efforts, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to mitigate future issues. • Work closely with engineering, support, and operations teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and training. • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support and ensure system uptime.
