As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in leading a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the development, delivery, and management of the Radar Live SaaS infrastructure and core services. This includes designing and implementing scalable, high-performance software solutions while ensuring the highest engineering and architectural standards. Your leadership will guide best practices in software development, Agile methodologies, and cloud-based SaaS architectures.

👤    Who you are

• You have extensive experience in designing and developing management and control plane solutions for line-of-business applications, including API Design and Stack Management. • You possess strong expertise in the full SaaS development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, monitoring, and operational support. • You are proficient in software engineering best practices, including object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and Agile methodologies. • You have hands-on experience with C# .NET Core, Azure cloud technologies, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture. • You have a solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and automation/testing of infrastructure components.

• Lead a multi-disciplinary team developing and managing the Radar Live SaaS platform to ensure high-quality standards. • Provide technical oversight, guidance, and leadership across all stages of the software development lifecycle. • Design and document solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. • Actively participate in hands-on development, implementing best practices for maintainability, testability, and performance. • Collaborate with Agile teams to improve development processes and engineering practices. • Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a strong engineering culture with a focus on collaboration and quality.
