Principal Engineer within the Software Engineering & Delivery team at IAG.ai, focusing on delivering automated tooling and software engineering solutions, setting technical standards, and enhancing engineering metrics platforms.
• You have extensive experience in cloud solutions design, build, and support. • You are proficient in developing, deploying, and maintaining SaaS solutions with a focus on automation. • You possess strong programming and scripting knowledge, including experience with TypeScript and Python. • You have hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), and knowledge of Azure is preferred. • You have expertise in engineering best practices, DevSecOps, and CI/CD methodologies. • You have strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities. • You have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• Lead the development of automated tooling and software solutions for IAG Tech and business benefits. • Design and implement a bespoke Engineering Metrics Platform to drive operational efficiencies and data-driven decision-making. • Develop integrations, automation solutions, and APIs for SaaS tools such as GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, SonarCloud, and Snyk. • Evaluate and pilot commercial solutions to meet AI team requirements. • Ensure adherence to security practices, engineering standards, and best practices across IAG. • Contribute to documentation and inner-source materials for knowledge sharing. • Engage with teams across IAG to foster collaboration and adoption of technology solutions. • Enhance CI/CD toolchains and security practices for robust software development lifecycles. • Promote DevSecOps and continuous improvement methodologies within engineering teams. • Conduct solution testing and validation against acceptance criteria, ensuring quality and reliability. • Provide technical support and troubleshoot tooling and infrastructure issues.
