As a Senior Engineer at Choreograph, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, delivering, and operating advanced advertising optimization solutions. This hands-on role requires both technical expertise and leadership skills, as you will partner closely with design and product teams to create impactful solutions. You will be expected to contribute to product strategy, create scalable and reliable architectures, develop features, build automation, mentor junior engineers, and enhance team best practices. • An experienced software engineer with a strong technical background in designing, building, and operating concurrent, distributed systems. • A proficient developer with expertise in Clojure, Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP, with additional experience in ClojureScript, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java, Python, or Terraform being a plus. • A leader who has successfully led engineering teams, designed scalable architectures, and solved complex technical challenges. • Someone with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and potentially machine learning and AI applications. • A collaborative team player who contributes to product strategy and works seamlessly with product management teams. • An advocate for modern software development and testing practices, including TDD, BDD, CI/CD, automation, and agile processes. • A continuous learner with a passion for professional growth and a keen understanding of the evolving AdTech industry. • A strong communicator with excellent English skills, adept at influencing stakeholders and documenting technical concepts effectively.
