Automata is looking for a Front End Staff Software Engineer to develop its LINQ Cloud application. The role involves building flexible and scalable solutions that enable users to automate their lab processes effectively. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a resilient and user-friendly product.
• You have strong experience with React and TypeScript, developing scalable front-end applications. • You are familiar with front-end testing strategies and best practices to ensure robust and maintainable software. • You have a history of leading technical projects and establishing best practices in frontend development. • You have experience working in event-driven architectures and integrating with backend systems. • You thrive in an agile environment and enjoy collaborating with engineers, product teams, and designers.
• Act as a technical leader, mentoring and elevating the team’s capabilities. • Develop high-quality frontend solutions ensuring reliability and scale. • Simplify and solve real-world problems with pragmatic approaches. • Drive agile architecture that adapts to evolving requirements. • Work collaboratively with product and design teams to align on development goals. • Ensure a user-focused approach, engaging directly with customers when needed.
