Senior Developer – Regulatory and Finance IT at ICBC Standard Bank Plc, London.
• You have hands-on experience with C# 0+, .NET Framework 4+, .NET Core, and .NET 5+. • You are well-versed in Agile development practices and committed to Continuous Improvement philosophy. • You possess a strong technical understanding of .NET 4, ASP.NET Web APIs, and LINQ (to Objects, EF, XML). • You have proficiency in front-end technologies including MVC, Blazor, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS. • You have experience working with SQL Server 2016+ and Entity Framework. • You embrace Test-Driven Development and have a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Develop and enhance systems to ensure continuous compliance with business and regulatory requirements. • Participate actively in the full project lifecycle and software development lifecycle. • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve issues with Regulatory Reporting systems. • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for specific applications within the team. • Assess how wider bank initiatives and changes may impact Regulatory Reporting and provide requirement specifications accordingly. • Introduce and implement automation for regression testing, software releases, and system maintenance processes.
