The Freelance Instructor role at Learning Tree International is instrumental in guiding and shaping the learning experiences of our clients and learners. This position requires delivering engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, while tailoring content to meet the needs of diverse learners. Additionally, instructors collaborate with the sales team to refine course content, support client engagements, and contribute to ongoing course development. Offering flexibility, this freelance role allows individuals to share industry-specific expertise while maintaining autonomy over their schedules.
• You have 5+ years of hands-on test experience in software engineering. • You have real-world experience in independent testing or test management. • You have worked in environments where structured test documentation and configuration management are enforced. • You are familiar with different software development life cycle models such as Extreme Programming and Microsoft Solutions Framework. • You are passionate about knowledge-sharing and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage a diverse audience effectively.
• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop course outlines, respond to client needs, and refine existing materials. • Act as a subject matter expert in software testing and related fields, bringing real-world examples and expertise to learners. • Drive the completion of learner evaluations to assess training effectiveness and refine future sessions. • Identify and refer opportunities for improvement in Learning Tree's training programs.
