👤    Role

As a member of the CoMind Software Team, you will be responsible for developing embedded software for medical devices. You will engage in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring the seamless integration of software with hardware. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build safe and reliable medical devices that meet industry regulations and standards.

👤    Who you are

• You have at least 5 years of experience in embedded software development, specifically in complex or safety-critical systems. • You are proficient in C/C++ programming and have experience with Linux, RTOS, microcontrollers, and FPGAs. • You have worked in highly regulated industries, preferably in medical device development, and understand IEC 62304, ISO 14971, and related standards. • You are proficient in debugging tools, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git/Bitbucket), and test-driven development methodologies. • You possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and thrive in cross-functional collaborative environments.

📑    What the job involves

• Design and develop embedded software for medical devices while ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Implement and support software solutions across all phases of development, from requirements definition to risk analysis and integration testing. • Maintain and update software for safety-critical systems to enhance performance and reliability. • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, particularly in Lean/Agile methodologies. • Work with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
