As a Full Stack Engineer at Visibly, you will be a key contributor in building a user-friendly and scalable product that compliance managers and workers will love. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and other engineers, to bring the product vision to life. This role involves balancing engineering best practices with pragmatic problem-solving to develop full-stack solutions. Both frontend and backend development will be integral to your responsibilities. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in driving Visibly’s technical direction and product growth.
• You have 2-3 years of hands-on engineering experience in a cloud-native environment, ideally in a high-growth startup. • You possess full-stack proficiency and are comfortable working across frontend and backend, with experience in TypeScript, APIs, and microservices. Bonus points for experience with NestJS, NX, and React. • You have hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. • You have strong problem-solving skills and are comfortable navigating complexity, ambiguity, and change. • You value best practices, write clean and performant code, and are committed to effective communication and collaboration.
• Be hands-on in developing and implementing solutions across both frontend and backend. • Collaborate closely with full-stack and mobile engineers, product management, and UX/UI designers to deliver high-quality software. • Maintain and optimize existing systems for scalability, performance, and extensibility. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that prioritizes quality, security, and maintainability. • Drive continuous improvements in engineering processes, including automated testing, observability, and CI/CD pipelines. • Participate in code reviews and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
