• You have extensive experience in Python development, particularly related to hardware integrations, embedded systems, or event-driven architecture. • You possess a DevOps mindset and are comfortable setting up pipelines to manage deployments and maintain quality gates. • You take a pragmatic approach to software development, making strategic trade-offs to prioritize delivery while ensuring resiliency and quality. • You are a collaborative problem solver who enjoys sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and uplifting those around you. • You have a product-oriented mindset, engaging with users, participating in design discussions, and shaping product features based on customer needs. • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, thinking through complex problem spaces, and iterating on product features based on feedback.
